Booking Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Scales of Grace Healing LLC. We appreciate your trust in our services. Please take a moment to review our booking/cancellation policy

  1. Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees.
  2. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
  4. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule appointments within the 48-hour window, subject to availability.
  5. Communication: Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be done thru booking area or via communication thru email.
  6. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  7. Review and Updates: We reserve the right to review and update our cancellation policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
